Withdrawing from your account follows a short, straight path. Head to the cashier, select the withdrawal tab, and choose the method you want the funds sent to — PayPal and Venmo are the fastest routes back. Play+ card withdrawals reload your prepaid balance directly. Before a payout processes, your account needs to pass identity verification; once that's done, you won't need to

repeat it. Withdrawal amounts must meet the minimum set in the cashier at the time of the request. We don't attach withdrawal fees on our end, though your payment provider may have its own terms.

Adding money to your account takes a few taps from any device. Open the cashier from your mobile browser or desktop, pick your payment method — PayPal, Venmo, or Play+ — and enter the amount you want on your balance. Venmo and PayPal deposits reflect in your account wallet almost immediately after confirmation. Play+ works as a prepaid card linked directly to

your account, so the balance is available the moment the card is loaded. No need to re-enter card numbers each session — your saved method stays on file.

Account verification protects your balance and makes sure payouts reach the right person. We ask for a government-issued photo ID — a driver's license or passport works — and in some cases a secondary document such as a utility bill or bank statement showing your current address. You can upload everything directly from your phone camera through the verification section in account

settings. Once documents are reviewed and approved, your account is marked verified and withdrawals process without an extra ID step. Verification is a one-time process; you won't be asked to re-submit unless your details change.
